Summer Palace Kitchens
On Saturday 29/4/2000 at 5.30pm our photographer made
a surprise visit to the kitchens.
We didn't know he was coming and were preparing for
a busy evening.
These are the photos taken. They have not been retouched
or altered, similarly the kitchen is
in its normal functioning state (unfortunately most
of the staff hid).
Please remember this kitchen can serve 130 guests
at a time when we are full.
